- All original tags must be intact and attached.
- The product must not be damaged, altered, or washed.
- T-shirts or apparel showing signs of wear, stains, or damage will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the return steps
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos as proof
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
7. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested size/design is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
